TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of products made on trysakurae.com (the "Site"), operated by ONS ONEIRO SOLUTION (SAS), trading as Sakurae ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you accept these Terms of Sale in full.

1. Products Our products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to your device's display settings. Products are offered for sale while stocks last.

2. Prices Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs, where applicable, are indicated separately before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but products are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

3. Orders Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order already paid for, you will be refunded in full.

4. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping and delivery Delivery terms, processing times and shipping estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Sale. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns Returns, refunds and, where applicable, the statutory right of withdrawal are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Sale. Please refer to it for full details on eligibility, deadlines and procedures.

7. Warranties Our products benefit from any non-excludable legal warranties applicable in your jurisdiction. Except as required by law, products are provided without additional express warranty.

8. Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the sale of products is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing law These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
