SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Sakurae. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Order processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 7-12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
Shipping rates Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination. We frequently offer free standard shipping promotions — if a free shipping offer applies, it will be shown automatically at checkout.
Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive it.
Delays While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. Sakurae is not liable for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
Customs, duties and taxes For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Wrong or incomplete address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
Lost or damaged packages If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at contact@trysakurae.com so we can help resolve the issue.
